Shipping policy


1. How long does delivery take?
We have a next day delivery based on the time slot you choose provided the order is placed no later than 11.59 pm the previous day.

2. Will I be charged extra for delivery? If so what are the charges?
If your order does not meet the minimum order requirement, you will be charged delivery charges:

The minimum order for free delivery is Rs. 299

3. You have different delivery time slots for different pin codes. Why is that?
This is to ensure that no orders clash and delivery resources can be effectively maximised.

4. Can I pick a delivery time slot?
We will deliver your items the next day before 2PM.

5. Do you deliver pan-India?
No, currently we do not, but watch this space for further developments!

6. I am getting a message saying you do not deliver in my pincode. Why?
We are sorry about that. We are working towards enhancing our scope of delivery. Please contact our Customer Care on [email protected] or on +91 1800 123 6544 for more information.

7. I want to pick up my order from the store. Is that possible?
No, you cannot pick up online orders from the store. Our delivery personnel will deliver the orders directly to your doorstep!

8. I want certain items from my order delivered sooner. Can this be done?
Unfortunately this is not possible.

9. How will I get my delivery update status?
You will be informed via SMS/Email

10. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our centralised warehouse in Bangalore.

11. How can I check which locations you deliver to?
You can check on our website or the app by entering your pin code to see if we are delivering in your area

12. Which shipping courier do you use? 
We have our own inhouse delivery service

13. Your person has come for delivery, but I am not at home. Now what?
You can inform your neighbour about the same and the order will be delivered to them. Alternatively, it can be left with your building security guard, provided this is a prepaid order. Alternatively, if your order or NOT a prepaid order, but your neighbour will pay for it, we can leave the same with them once the payment is done.    

14. How will my fruits and vegetables be weighed?
They are weighed and packed at the warehouse itself. If there is a slight increase/decrease in the weight of the product, the balance amount will be accordingly debited/credited to your Happy Harvest Farms Wallet as equivalent points. 

15. How will my fruits and vegetables be packed?

We pack our fruits and veggies in brown paper bags. 

16. If my order is getting delayed, will I be informed?

Yes, you can track your order online. You will be informed in case of any delay on WhatsApp/SMS/Email depending on what you have chosen as your preferred method of communication.  

Refund Policy:

We have a "no questions asked return at delivery and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account on Happy Harvest Farms. This can be used to pay for your subsequent shopping bills.
