About: Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is naturally extracted from fresh coconut meat (the white fleshy
part) without any chemical processes. Nutrient-dense, it’s been called the ‘mother of all oils’.
Rich in several vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it’s an excellent source of medium-chain
fatty acids (MCFA). Lauric acid, a key component of breast milk, makes up around 50% of
the MCFAs in VCO and actively helps in immunity boosting.
Benefits:  VCO is believed to have several physiological benefits like improving cardiovascular health
by raising the level of good cholesterol in your body. It is said to stimulate body metabolism,
boost energy levels and help in weight loss. Research indicates that it may have anti-fungal
