But, in the unfortunate event that you do find products are missing, here's what you can do: On Delivery: > The delivery boy will raise the issue with our customer support/admin so that the refund will immediately reflect in your My Wallet as equivalent points that can be used against future purchases at The Organic World [in the case of prepaid order] > For Pay-On-Delivery order, that item will be removed from your invoice and you can pay for the remaining items After Delivery: > You can reach out to our Customer Care on [email protected] or on +91 96068 09090 and we will resolve this issue at the earliest. > The refund amount will reflect in your My Wallet as equivalent points that can be used against future purchases at The Organic World.

You can return your product(s) when you: 1. Receive a product that's different than what you ordered 2. For any quality/quantity issues Please note the return time for fresh items such as milk, vegetables, fruits is 24 hours, while for non-fresh items like dal, rice, cleaners etc it is 15 days

Delivery charges are only applied on orders below the value of Rs 299. Orders below Rs 299 have a delivery charge of Rs 20

You will be informed on the status of your order by checking our "Your Orders" section.

You can inform your neighbors about the same and the order will be delivered to them. Alternatively, it can be left with your building security guard, provided this is a prepaid order. Alternatively, if your order is NOT a prepaid order, we will not be able to leave your order at your preferred location. At the time of delivery we will reach out to you & if you are not available at the location you can pay us through multiple digital payments options available.

Yes, You will receive a call from our team in the case that your order is delayed.

Yes you can place an order with the store & give your delivery instructions accordingly. Free home delivery is applicable within 3km radius from the store with a minimum bill value of Rs.500.

We have our own inhouse delivery service

We ship from our centralised warehouse in Bangalore.

Unfortunately this is not possible.

No, you cannot pick up online orders from the store. Our delivery personnel will deliver the orders directly to your doorstep!

Yes, you can! The slots are available on our website/the app.

We have a next day delivery based on the time slot you choose provided the order is placed no later than 10 pm the previous day.
